Return and Refund Policy - Stephy's Kitchen
At Stephy's Kitchen, we strive to provide you with the best local products and meals. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the standard policy, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
